1. GENERAL
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us affected through our website and by using our website you agree that they apply to all contracts between you and us. They are liable to change at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our website. Your statutory rights are not affected. By using this website you warrant that you are of full legal age and may lawfully enter into any contract with us.

1.3 All communications from us will be in English language. All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in England and any disputes regulated by English law and you agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes.
1.4 All e mail enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours.
2. ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
2.1 Our website constitutes an invitation to you to do business with us. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us.
2.2 We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.
2.3 A contract will be entered into between you and us only when we have issued our confirmation that your order is accepted and issued your Order Reference Number.
2.4 We must receive payment for the goods ordered and delivery costs before your order can be accepted and your Order Reference Number issued.
2.5. The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and include delivery costs which are specified in Paragraph 5 below. Errors and omissions are excluded. Prices shown in currencies other than UK Sterling (GBP) are a guide price only, as exchange rates at the time of purchase may vary the actual total cost due.
2.6. The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice prior to our issuing an acceptance of your order and your Order Reference Number but not thereafter.
2.7. All descriptions, images and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.
2.8. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
2.9. All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 We accept either Credit Card or Debit Card payments via our secure payment system or payment using Pay Pal.
3.2 We accept MasterCard / Visa / Solo / Maestro.
3.3 The goods will not be despatched until we have full payment for them and for delivery costs.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1 Interlink courier service
Please allow up to 10-14 days for delivery. We use a courier, next day delivery service, for all deliveries. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know.
UK Courier service – A pre-advice delivery message will be sent to you, on the day of delivery, giving you details of a one hour delivery window. The text or e mail message allows you to re-organise delivery to another day if this is preferred.

6. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
When purchasing goods online, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page and your details will be encrypted by 56-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and payment card details.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
7.2 Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us.
7.3 As an alternative, you can contact us by telephone to place your order. Just telephone +44 (0) 1305 848 548 during normal working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We may be closed on local and public holidays.
8. RETURNS POLICY
8.1 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund, provided the item is as new, in the original packaging, and with in 30 days of purchase.
8.2 Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. On receipt of a returned item, which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods, less any postage or packaging paid by velobici. You must prepay postage.
8.3 We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
8.4 On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the goods. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch if the exchange excedes the value of the oringinal order. Plus postage and packaging (where applicable).
9. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
9.1 In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
9.2 Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
9.3 Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.
